  • Beratung von Kunden und internen Nutzern bei technischen Anliegen
  • Dokumentation der Supportfälle und Bearbeitung von Trouble-Tickets
  • Selbstständige Analyse und Lösung von komplexen technischen Problemen

Requirements

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informatik
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Verwaltung von Server- und Client-Betriebssystemen (Windows/Linux)
  • Fundiertes Wissen im Umgang mit Netzwerktechnologien und -protokollen
  • Analytische Denkweise und Freude an der Lösung von Herausforderungen
