  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem 1st-Level-Support und weiteren Fachabteilungen

Dokumentation und Erstellung von Trouble-Tickets Analyse und Lösung technischer Probleme in Netzwerken und Betriebssystemen Beratung und Unterstützung von Anwendern bei IT-Fragen Bearbeitung von IT-Support-Anfragen im 2nd und 3rd Level

Requirements

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Gute Kenntnisse in der Betreuung von Betriebssystemen (Windows, Linux, macOS) Fundierte Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien und deren Verwaltung Lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
