  • Be an early applicant, * 1st und 2nd Level Support für interne und externe Benutzer
  • Analyse, Diagnose und Behebung von technischen Störungen und IT-Problemen
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hardware und Software
  • Unterstützung bei Netzwerkadministration und IT-Infrastruktur
  • Erstellung von technischen Dokumentationen und Benutzeranleitungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen IT-Teams, um reibungslose Abläufe sicherzustellen

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
  • Fundiertes Wissen in den Bereichen Windows-Betriebssysteme, Netzwerke und gängige IT-Anwendungen
  • Analytische Denkweise und Spaß an der Lösung komplexer Probleme
  • Kommunikationsstärke und ein serviceorientiertes Mindset
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, gepaart mit Teamgeist
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
