Job description

Position Overview : The consultant will work on the Child and Adult Care Food Program-or CACFP-including the external and internal portals, Apps & Claims Module, and Compliance Module. Responsibilities will also include upgrading and migrating existing applications, developing visual interfaces and web services, and supporting other agency development projects as assigned., * Develop and maintain internal and external web applications using Microsoft technologies.

  • Support the CACFP Apps & Claims and Compliance modules.
  • Modernize and migrate existing application components.
  • Develop user interfaces, APIs, and WCF-based web services.
  • Perform application coding, unit testing, integration testing, and deployment.
  • Manage source code, application builds, and releases through Team Foundation Server.
  • Work closely with development teams, project staff, and business users.
  • Independently manage assignments with minimal supervision.

Requirements

Candidates must have 7+ years of experience with:

  • TypeScript
  • Angular, including versions 9 and 11
  • JavaScript
  • C#.NET
  • VB.NET
  • ASP.NET
  • ASP.NET MVC
  • Web API
  • WCF Services
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • Visual Studio
  • Team Foundation Server

Additional Technical Experience

  • Microsoft Visual Studio 2017/2019
  • .NET and jQuery
  • ASP.NET MVC 3 or higher
  • SQL Server 2016 or higher
  • SQL Server Always Encrypted processes
  • Source-code and build management
  • Unit, integration, and deployment testing

Education Bachelor’s degree is required.
