Job description

Lead end-to-end delivery of API and integration programs.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Security, and DevOps teams.
Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
Drive Agile delivery, release planning, and program governance.
Ensure API security, scalability, performance, and compliance best practices.
Track program milestones, metrics, and executive status updates.

Requirements

Bachelor’’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of IT experience with 4+ years as a Technical Program Manager.
Prior hands-on experience with API development or API platform engineering.
Experience with one or more API Management platforms:
Apigee
MuleSoft
Kong
AWS API Gateway
API Management
Strong understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, OAuth2, JWT, OpenAPI/Swagger.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Jira/Confluence.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills., * Financial Services or FinTech experience.
Exposure to Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
