• You identify, prioritize and sequence high impact use cases based on business value, technical feasibility and operational readiness
• You define scalable operating models for autonomous teams, establishing governance, success metrics, escalation paths and delivery structures
• You align executive stakeholders across divisions, creating a shared vision and driving strategic initiatives through clear milestones and transparent communication
• You remove organizational and technical blockers to accelerate time to value while building business cases, quantifying ROI and tracking realized value across deployment initiatives

Do you have experience in Program management?, * Experience You bring several years of experience in client facing roles such as program management, management consulting or technology strategy within complex enterprise environments

• Track Record You have proven success building and scaling AI, automation and digital product initiatives with measurable business impact
• Business Acumen You are comfortable building business cases, quantifying value and thinking with a P&L mindset
• Stakeholder Management You confidently collaborate with senior leaders and navigate complex matrix organizations
• Know how You understand AI and ML fundamentals, agentic architectures and enterprise governance principles
• Communication You translate complex technical topics into clear and compelling narratives for both technical and non technical audiences and communicate fluently in English, while German is considered a strong plus
