Job description

Manage end-to-end delivery of complex infrastructure programs and modernization initiatives.
Drive project planning, scheduling, risk management, dependency tracking, readiness assessments, cutover planning, and operational handoff.
Collaborate with engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, operations, and business teams to ensure successful delivery.
Lead governance forums, executive updates, stakeholder communications, and steering committee reviews.
Ensure solutions are production-ready through service transition, knowledge transfer, and support model alignment.

Requirements

7+ years of project/program management experience delivering enterprise infrastructure projects.
Strong background in two or more areas:
Identity Governance (SailPoint, Okta, Entra ID, Delinea)
End User Services
IT Service Management (ServiceNow)
Endpoint Security (CrowdStrike, Defender, ThreatLocker)
Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity
IT Asset Management
Access Management Automation

Experience managing cross-functional teams in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid environments.

Ability to translate technical concepts into executive-level communications and recommendations. Preferred Qualifications

PMP, ITIL v4, SAFe, CSM, CISSP, CISM, or Security+ certifications.
Strong knowledge of Planview, ServiceNow, Power BI, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft 365.
