Job description

Kaimetrix is seeking a Senior .NET / C# Developer to support secure, mission-critical web applications in a Microsoft-oriented enterprise environment. This role is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining .NET solutions built with C#, MVC 4+, and IIS on Windows Server, while applying disciplined SDLC practices, strong defect management, and hands-on mentorship to junior developers., * Design, develop, and maintain web applications using MS .NET, C#, MVC 4+, and IIS for Windows Server web development

  • Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), supporting delivery through planning, development, deployment, and sustainment
  • Perform and support development testing activities, including Unit Testing, System Testing, Functional Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Develop and support SQL database stored procedures as part of application functionality and maintenance automation
  • Document, track, and communicate software defects using a bug tracking system; report issues to software developers and project managers and support resolution through retest/verification
  • Mentor junior personnel on proper development practices and procedures to improve consistency, quality, and delivery outcomes
  • Collaborate with peers to review code and ensure best practices, team norms, and coding standards are followed

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Eight (8) years of experience in .NET development, including MS .NET, C#, MVC 4+, and IIS for Windows Server web development

  • Five (5) years of experience working within an SDLC
  • Five (5) years of experience with development testing (Unit/System/Functional/UAT or similar)
  • Five (5) years of experience in SQL database development, including stored procedures
  • Five (5) years of experience mentoring junior personnel on proper practices and procedures
  • Five (5) years of experience documenting software defects using a bug tracking system and reporting defects to developers and project managers, * Active TS/SCI clearance with SBI, with the ability to attain SI, TK, G, HCS, and NATO Secret access
  • DoD 8140.03 IAT Level II / Intermediate certification
