• Troubleshoot issues related to:
• Microsoft Office / Office 365
• Windows 10
• Network connectivity
• Web browsers and add-ins
• Printers and mobile devices (iOS/Android)
• Use remote support tools to assist end users
• Install software using SCCM
• Perform virus and malware removal
• Document all work thoroughly in a ticketing system
• Deliver excellent customer service to end users

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with:
• Windows 10 and Office 365
• Active Directory (password resets, account unlocks, group management)
• SCCM (software deployment)
• Mobile device configuration (iOS & Android)
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to create basic technical documentation
