Job description
Join a growing national electrical contractor delivering some of the largest mission-critical data center projects in the country. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations, manage electrical crews, and oversee large-scale electrical construction projects nationwide.
This role is ideal for a proven electrical construction leader with experience managing crews, coordinating subcontractors, and delivering complex commercial, industrial, or data center projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise electrical crews on large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects
- Manage daily field operations, manpower planning, scheduling, productivity, and jobsite coordination
- Oversee installation of electrical infrastructure, including medium-voltage systems (5kV-35kV)
- Ensure work is completed according to project specifications, NEC requirements, safety standards, and scheduled milestones
- Maintain strong quality control and resolve field issues to keep projects moving forward
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and utility providers
- Review drawings, plans, and specifications to support successful project execution
- Complete daily reports, track project progress, and communicate updates to leadership
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent, Electrical General Foreman, or Electrical Foreman
- Experience leading electrical construction projects in data centers, mission-critical, industrial, healthcare, or large commercial environments
- Proven ability to manage electrical crews, subcontractors, and field operations
- Strong understanding of electrical construction methods, scheduling, and project coordination
- Experience with medium-voltage electrical systems (5kV-35kV) preferred
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications
- Working knowledge of NEC codes and OSHA safety standards
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
- Ability and willingness to travel nationwide
