The Superintendent is the senior on-site authority responsible for the field execution of complex commercial, industrial, and mission-critical electrical projects nationwide. You will lead field operations to ensure every project is delivered safely, on schedule, and in strict alignment with company quality standards. • Document Proficiency: Proven ability to interpret and execute complex blueprints, one-line diagrams, and technical construction documents.
• Field Management: Demonstrated success leading large crews and coordinating effectively with multiple trades on-site.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient with construction management software and reporting tools (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid).
