We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Services Specialist IV to join our innovative IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-level technical support, designing and maintaining complex system architectures, and ensuring the stability and security of our IT infrastructure. Your expertise will drive the seamless operation of our systems, supporting business objectives through proactive troubleshooting, automation, and solution implementation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the optimization of enterprise-wide systems., * Provide expert-level support for system troubleshooting, including hardware, software, network issues, and performance tuning across diverse platforms such as Windows Server, Linux, VMware, and cloud environments like AWS and Azure.

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable system architectures utilizing microservices, containerization (Kubernetes), virtualization (ESXi), and load balancing techniques to enhance system efficiency.
• Manage and optimize storage solutions using RAID controllers, SAN/NAS systems, and storage management tools to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Develop automation scripts using Bash, Python, PowerShell, or Shell Scripting to streamline deployment processes, configuration management, and routine maintenance tasks.
• Oversee server backup and recovery procedures to safeguard critical data; perform disaster recovery planning and testing regularly.
• Support solution architecture initiatives by integrating services such as RESTful APIs, microservices frameworks, databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle), NoSQL databases (MongoDB), and configuration management tools like Git and Jenkins.
• Administer Active Directory services, DNS configurations, DHCP settings, firewall policies, VPNs, and information security protocols to uphold robust security standards.
• Collaborate within Agile teams utilizing DevOps practices to implement CI/CD pipelines ensuring rapid deployment cycles with minimal downtime.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations using SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) principles while supporting systems & applications support activities., * Under limited guidance, serves as a technical leader responsible for the development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of the AVEVA PI System environment, including ProcessBook, PI tags, graphics, interfaces, and supporting hardware infrastructure.
• Applies advanced technical expertise to plan, execute, and coordinate complex projects with significant business impact, exercising independent judgment in the interpretation, modification, and implementation of technical solutions.
• Acts as the primary subject matter expert and technical liaison for PI-related systems, leading cross-functional initiatives, defining project scope, investigating complex technical issues, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring compliance with corporate, regulatory, and industry standards.
• Provides strategic direction, mentors technical personnel, and supports major company programs involving data collection, visualization, system integration, and digital monitoring technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; equivalent professional experience is acceptable., * Associate degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience
• Demonstrated expertise with AVEVA PI System software, ProcessBook, PI Data Archive, Asset Framework (AF), interfaces, data integrations, and supporting hardware infrastructure.
• 5yrs experience in PI Systems
