Job description

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team and help craft intuitive and visually compelling interfaces for our mobile and web applications., * Create and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across all platforms.

  • Develop detailed wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize user interfaces and interactions.
  • Design user flows, journey maps, and scenarios to guide the development of intuitive user experiences.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to implement and refine design concepts.
  • Ensure a clean, modern, and aesthetically pleasing design style that aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Conduct and analyze user testing to iterate on designs and improve user experience.
  • Clearly present design concepts and rationale to team members and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively apply them to your work.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web application design. Designing new applications from scratch. Experience with Finance domain is a plus.
  • Design Systems: Proven experience in creating and maintaining design systems.
  • Figma Expertise: 3+ years of expert-level proficiency in Figma, including nested components, auto layout, and design libraries.
  • Prototyping & Wireframing: Skilled in building wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Clean Design Aesthetic: A keen eye for clean, minimalist, and user-centric design.
  • Creativity: Strong creative thinking skills and the ability to think outside the box to solve design challenges.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to design, ensuring pixel-perfect layouts and consistent design language.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously., * Experience with usability testing tools and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
