Senior UX/UI Designer

• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, business goals, and technical requirements.
• Plan and conduct user research activities including interviews, feedback sessions, and usability testing.
• Create user journeys, workflows, information architecture, and interaction models that simplify complex processes.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate and validate design concepts.
• Translate research findings and user feedback into actionable product and design improvements.
• Produce high-fidelity UI designs and detailed design specifications for development teams.
• Champion accessibility standards and user-centered design best practices throughout the product lifecycle.
• Contribute to the development and evolution of design systems, reusable components, and consistent design patterns.
• Collaborate in Agile environments through planning sessions, reviews, and iterative product development.
• Help drive product usability, scalability, and consistency across multiple applications and initiatives.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data.

• 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience creating complex web applications, enterprise platforms, or software products, with a portfolio demonstrating the complete design process from research through final UI design.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma or comparable design tools for wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and design system management.
• Hands-on experience conducting user research, usability testing, and accessibility-focused design, with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and WCAG standards., * Experience collaborating within Agile product teams alongside product managers, engineers, analysts, researchers, and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience creating user journeys, workflows, information architecture, and interactive prototypes.
• Knowledge of design systems, reusable UI components, and scalable design patterns.
• Experience leveraging analytics, research insights, and user feedback to drive design decisions.
• Familiarity with AI-powered products, conversational experiences, chat interfaces, or intelligent assistants.
• Experience with data-rich applications, analytics platforms, research tools, or scientific software.
• Background in healthcare, life sciences, biomedical research, or other regulated industries is preferred.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript concepts to support collaboration with development teams.
• Experience working with distributed, global, or enterprise-scale teams is a plus.
