IT Project Manager (ServiceNow SamPro) - Onsite Irving, TX

We are seeking a highly driven, self-starting IT Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of our ServiceNow SamPro (Software Asset Management) Phase 2 initiative. This project is already in flight-teams are assembled, and the scope is defined. We need a true PM who can step in on Day 1, grasp existing artifacts, identify dependencies, and drive execution without hand-holding., * Drive In-Flight Execution: Take immediate ownership of active, defined ServiceNow infrastructure projects, maintaining execution continuity. • Stakeholder & Dependency Management: Collaborate with internal application owners, ServiceNow SMEs, and business leaders to map dependencies and drive alignment. DOCX
• Keep Teams Accountable: Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver project artifacts on time; proactively manage RAID logs, action items, and schedules. DOCX
• No Vendor Management Needed: Focus entirely on internal team coordination, driving alignment, and clearing technical roadblocks. DOCX
• Maintain Governance: Lead project meetings, track deliverables, escalate blockers, and prepare executive-ready status updates. DOCX

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience. DOCX
• Proven track record managing ServiceNow projects is strictly required (experience with SamPro / Software Asset Management modules is highly preferred). DOCX
• Strong experience taking over projects already in-flight and quickly establishing structure and ownership. DOCX
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills-the ability to “herd the sheep,” challenge assumptions, and work collaboratively across all organizational levels. DOCX
• Strong technical literacy (ability to understand infrastructure, cloud, and application integrations) without needing to be a hands-on engineer. DOCX
• PMP Certification is valued, but only if backed by genuine, matching project management work history. DOCX
