Job description

The PeopleSoft Sr. Tech Lead / Technical Architect leads end-to-end architecture, design, development, support, and technical governance for PeopleSoft applications in enterprise environments. The role is accountable for delivering scalable, stable, and compliant solutions, guiding onsite and offshore teams, aligning technical execution with business objectives, and supporting Application Development and Maintenance engagements., * Define end-to-end architecture and technical design for PeopleSoft FSCM and related enterprise systems, including integration with middleware, external platforms, and enterprise architecture standards

  • Lead onsite and offshore development and support teams, providing direction on coding, customization, configuration, planning, estimation, prioritization, quality, compliance, and risk management
  • Oversee application development and support: coding, unit testing, deployment, integration/system testing support, defect resolution, root cause analysis, incident and problem management, and SLA adherence for L2/L3 services
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders, supporting governance, status reviews, escalations, change management, and release processes
  • Establish best practices, reusable frameworks, coding standards, and SDLC compliance while driving continuous improvement, automation, and test strategy
  • Coach and mentor team members, lead knowledge transfer, and contribute to demand planning and resource ramp-up, with on-call coverage (after hours and weekends) for critical incidents

Requirements

Work Authorization: Only U.S. Citizens and Green Card holders will be considered. Candidates must be able to work on our W2., * 8-10 years of experience in Oracle PeopleSoft Technical roles

  • Deep expertise in PeopleTools, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, Web Services, APIs, SQR, Application Packages, Workflow, and Oracle
  • Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 with strong functional understanding of the Order to Cash (O2C) process
  • Strong functional understanding of finance, supply chain, and HR processes
