Data Analyst

• Analyze inventory and operational data to identify and investigate discrepancies
• Research and resolve inventory variances by reviewing documentation and collaborating with internal teams
• Reconcile monthly expenses to ensure costs are accurately allocated
• Enter physical inventory data and assist with month-end inventory reporting
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update key information
• Prepare supporting documentation for audits and reporting
• Assist with ongoing process improvements and help maintain accurate operational data that supports business decisions

Required:

• 3+ years of data entry experience
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Solid Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Preferred:

• Experience in agriculture or agribusiness
• Experience tracking livestock as inventory
• Background in inventory, operations, accounting, supply chain, or a similar analytical role
