This role combines data management, reconciliation, problem-solving, and analytical review., * Enter and maintain transaction, inventory, and operational records with a high level of accuracy.
• Process purchase, transfer, shipment, and inventory-related data.
• Reconcile monthly records and expenses, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Support month-end reporting activities through data validation and analysis.
• Review large data sets to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Investigate variances and work independently to determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Generate and maintain reports for operational tracking and business planning.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding data discrepancies, reporting needs, and process improvements.
• Maintain organized documentation and support ongoing process improvement initiatives.

• 3+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, accounting support, inventory administration, or a related role.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including: *

• Filtering and sorting data
• Find and Replace functions
• Working with multiple file formats
• Basic formulas and lookup functions
