Senior Salesforce Solution Design Expert - Hybrid - Raleigh, NC

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Solution Design Expert to design and deliver enterprise Salesforce solutions supporting large-scale public sector programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce solution architecture, platform design, technical leadership, and stakeholder collaboration to build scalable, secure, and maintainable applications., * Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions and scalable application architectures.

• Lead technical discovery sessions, solution design, and business process optimization.
• Develop low-code and custom Salesforce solutions using Lightning Platform best practices.
• Define data models, security architecture, sharing models, and integration strategies.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Mentor development teams, conduct code/design reviews, and establish development standards.
• Evaluate Salesforce seasonal releases and assess impacts on existing applications.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI capabilities within the Salesforce platform.

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce solution design, architecture, or technical leadership.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and solution design.
• Expertise in Lightning Experience, Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), data modeling, security, and sharing models.
• Experience designing scalable, reusable Salesforce applications and enterprise integrations.
• Strong background in business process optimization, stakeholder management, and technical discovery.
• Experience in public sector, government, regulated, or compliance-driven environments is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Government Cloud and AI capabilities (Einstein/Agentforce) is a plus.
