AI Solution Architect

We are seeking a senior AI Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of an enterprise AI-enabled client onboarding platform for a wealth management organization. This role will define the overall solution architecture, identify where AI can create measurable business value, and guide the implementation of secure, compliant AI capabilities integrated with Salesforce and other enterprise platforms.

The ideal candidate combines deep experience with enterprise AI, Salesforce architecture, and business process automation. This is a consultative role focused on solving business problems through AI, not simply implementing technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and solution design for an AI-enabled client onboarding platform.
• Evaluate business processes and identify practical, high-value AI use cases.
• Design AI workflows that improve operational efficiency while maintaining appropriate human oversight.
• Architect solutions leveraging Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Agentforce, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Flow.
• Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce, DocuSign, Dropbox, Schwab OpenView, and related enterprise platforms.
• Define AI governance, security, compliance, and auditability for a regulated financial services environment.
• Design AI agents for document quality control, workflow recommendations, stall analysis, meeting preparation, and intelligent content generation.
• Partner with business stakeholders to establish KPIs, measure ROI, and prioritize implementation phases.
• Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, implementation planning, and vendor coordination.
• Develop phased implementation roadmaps balancing configuration, integration, and custom development.

• 10+ years designing enterprise business solutions and application architectures.
• Extensive experience with enterprise AI technologies including Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft AI services, or comparable LLM platforms.
• Strong Salesforce architecture experience, including Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, Flow, and Agentforce.
• Experience designing AI-enabled workflow automation and intelligent business processes.
• Deep understanding of enterprise integrations and API-driven architectures.
• Experience with document management, eSignature platforms, and workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, security, privacy, and responsible AI practices.
• Excellent consulting, communication, and executive presentation skills., * Salesforce Architect or Application/System Architect certifications.
• Microsoft Azure AI certifications.
• Experience implementing Agentforce or Einstein AI.
• Experience in wealth management, financial services, banking, or other regulated industries.
• Experience integrating DocuSign, Dropbox, Schwab OpenView, or similar financial platforms.
• Experience building AI copilots, intelligent agents, or enterprise automation solutions., This role is best suited for someone who can bridge business strategy and technical execution. We are looking for an architect who understands that successful AI initiatives start with business outcomes, governance, and process design-not just technology. The right candidate will know when to leverage native platform capabilities, when to integrate existing solutions, and when custom development is truly warranted.

$100 - $125 an hour - Contract
