Part-Time Storage Specialist

• Build lasting relationships with our customers by helping them through the storage process.
• Achieve sales goals with potential customers through rentals, boxes and packing supplies, and insurance sales.
• Guide our customers through our very simple contact-free rental process.
• Maintain facility cleanliness standards by performing daily tasks (vacant unit cleaning, sweeping/mopping, check lighting, etc.)

We are currently seeking friendly, helpful, and motivated candidates who is eager to join a company with growth potential. Applicants should have previous experience in customer service and sales, and must possess strong verbal and written communication skills; fluency in Spanish is required. This position will be primarily located in Long Island City NY., We provide extensive training in all aspects of our business. Previous self-storage experience is not required; all we ask is that you have a willingness to learn., * Sales and customer service experience in the retail and or service industries preferred but not required.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft office, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid Driver’s License with access to transportation.
• Must be able to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday (With flexibility as needed).
