Storage Specialist

• Build lasting relationships with our customers by helping them through the storage rental process.
• Maintain facility cleanliness standards by performing daily tasks (vacant unit cleaning, sweeping/mopping, inspect lighting, etc.)

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Microsoft Excel?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, We are currently seeking friendly, helpful and motivated candidates who are eager to join a self storage management company with growth potential. Applicants should have previous experience in customer service and sales, and must possess strong verbal and written communication skills. This position will be primarily located in Bernardsville, NJ.

You will be an integral member of our team, delivering the best customer experience and service, while building lasting relationships with our clients. Our team members are passionate about what they do and offer empathy and understanding to all customers situations.

We provide extensive training in all aspects of our business. Previous self storage experience is not required, all we ask is that you have a willingness to learn., * Sales and customer service experience in the retail and or service industries preferred but not required.

• A positive attitude and desire to learn.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid Driver’s License with access to transportation., * High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
