• Proven experience working as a Computer Systems Analyst or in a similar IT support role.
• A strong understanding of computer systems, networks, security principles, and database management.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• The ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively to non-technical colleagues.
• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• Experience within a manufacturing or design-led environment would be a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is desirable.
