Job description

  • Provide L2/L3 support for Data Center, Campus, and Satellite Networks

  • Support Routing, Switching, SD-WAN, AWS Cloud Networking, VPN, Wired & Wireless, and Firewall technologies

  • Monitor, maintain, and enhance network and security infrastructure following industry best practices

  • Deliver hands-on support for data center and campus networking environments

  • Design, engineer, and implement enterprise network solutions

  • Participate in an on-call support rotation

  • Work within ITSM processes to ensure efficient incident and change management

Requirements

We’re looking for an experienced Network Engineer to join our 24x7 infrastructure support team in Providence, RI. If you have a strong background in enterprise networking, data centers, cloud networking, and security, we’d love to hear from you!, Cisco Routing, Switching, VPN, Firewalls & SD-WAN Juniper Data Center Routing & Switching Palo Alto Firewalls, GlobalProtect & AWS Cloud Networking
