Job description
A leading global energy company is seeking an experienced Senior HRIS Analyst to serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for its Paycom platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leveraging HR technology, workforce analytics, and process automation to drive operational excellence across Human Resources., * Serve as the primary administrator for Paycom and related HR technology platforms
- Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize HRIS modules and workflows
- Support employee lifecycle transactions including onboarding, promotions, compensation changes, transfers, and terminations
- Ensure HR data integrity through audits, validation, and governance best practices
- Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, KPIs, and workforce analytics
- Analyze headcount, turnover, retention, recruiting, diversity, and other workforce metrics
- Create executive-level reporting using Excel and Power BI
- Identify opportunities to automate HR processes and improve operational efficiency
- Support HR system integrations, upgrades, testing, and vendor management
- Provide end-user training, troubleshooting, and system documentation
- Assist with compliance reporting, audits, and employment-related reporting requirements
- Partner with HR leadership on digital transformation and AI-driven initiatives
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience administering Paycom, developing HR dashboards and reporting, managing HR data, and partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to improve processes and support strategic business initiatives., * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred
- 3 5+ years of HRIS administration experience
- Hands-on Paycom administration experience is required
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
- Pivot Tables
- XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP
- Power Query
- Experience developing HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics
- Strong understanding of HRIS data management and reporting
- Experience supporting HR and Payroll operations, * Power BI experience
- HRIS implementation or optimization experience
- Power Automate or workflow automation experience
- SQL or database reporting experience
- HRIS integrations and vendor management
- HRIP, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification, * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPassion for leveraging technology and data to improve HR operations
