Product Support Specialist

coVita is seeking motivated individuals with a strong work ethic to join our growing coVita family in Texas.

Highlights of this career include but are not limited to:

· Prepare and test devices for worldwide distribution

· Assist in analyzing and improving repair & support systems

· Manage product repairs/service through ticket/case system

· Answering product, order, and technical inquiries from our clients

· Collaborate on improvements to our proprietary device software and apps

· Comfortable troubleshooting hardware/software issues and giving structured feedback

Helpful Experience

· Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, UPS WorldShip, ShipStation

· Experience with customer relationship managers (CRMs) i.e. HubSpot, and QuickBooks

· Be able to work in a team environment as well as work independently

· Successfully prioritize and manage time sensitive projects on a daily basis

· Thinks outside of the box; searches for innovative solutions
