Data Processing Specialist

• Prepare and manage data for upcoming photography sessions.
• Organize and manage image files post-photography.
• Audit subject data and match images with accuracy.
• Process and verify portrait orders and payment information.
• Select the best photos and assess retouching needs.
• Manage corresponding documents and maintain order notes within our database.
• Perform data manipulation and assist with composite creation.

• Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and data entry.
• Experience with image and file management (Apple environment preferred).
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently to meet production deadlines.

• $16-$19/hour (based on experience).
• A collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Hands-on training for all systems and workflows.
• Seasonal position from late August through December with weekday hours (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM).
