As a Data Processing Specialist, you will serve as a critical link in our operations by managing the intake and digital transformation of essential information. Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end intake process for daily shipments, including sorting, verifying physical contents against documentation, and routing items for technical testing.
• Execute high-volume data entry, accurately transcribing numerical and text-based information into our internal database systems.
• Prepare and organize source materials to streamline processing workflows and prioritize urgent tasks.
• Perform rigorous quality assurance checks to identify and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring all output meets strict accuracy standards.
• Generate comprehensive reports and maintain secure digital backups of all processed information.
• Uphold strict confidentiality protocols regarding sensitive customer and account data.

• 2-4 years of experience in a professional data entry or administrative support role.
• Advanced computer literacy with proficiency in database management software and Microsoft Office.
• Proven ability to manage repetitive tasks with high precision and minimal errors.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
