Job description
As a Data Processing Specialist, you will serve as a critical link in our operations by managing the intake and digital transformation of essential information. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency, utilizing your sharp attention to detail to maintain accurate records that drive our business forward. Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end intake process for daily shipments, including sorting, verifying physical contents against documentation, and routing items for technical testing.
- Execute high-volume data entry, accurately transcribing numerical and text-based information into our internal database systems.
- Prepare and organize source materials to streamline processing workflows and prioritize urgent tasks.
- Perform rigorous quality assurance checks to identify and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring all output meets strict accuracy standards.
- Generate comprehensive reports and maintain secure digital backups of all processed information.
- Uphold strict confidentiality protocols regarding sensitive customer and account data.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a professional data entry or administrative support role.
- Advanced computer literacy with proficiency in database management software and Microsoft Office.
- Proven ability to manage repetitive tasks with high precision and minimal errors.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- High school diploma or equivalent., * Associate degree or higher in a related field.
- Experience in a laboratory or technical testing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to recognize and optimize data processing patterns.
