Job description
- Evaluating water supply risk prior to site acquisition,
- negotiating water and wastewater agreements with utilities and authorities
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements including NPDES and pre-treatment permits.
- Coordinate across development, engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure water infrastructure never delays project timelines.
- You will lead all water-related workstreams,
- manage regulatory relationships, track policy changes across US markets
- proactively identify risks that could impact delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering water and wastewater infrastructure for industrial or data center projects
- Strong track record negotiating water supply and wastewater agreements
- Deep knowledge of US water policy, rights, and regulatory frameworks
- Experience with NPDES, industrial pre-treatment, or decentralized wastewater systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong commercial, technical, and written communication skills
- Civil or Environmental Engineering background, Data center or cooling infrastructure experience, Water recycling / zero liquid discharge systems. Multi-state permitting experience
