Job description

We are looking for an experienced Automation QA Engineer with strong expertise in Playwright, Performance Testing, and Salesforce application testing. The ideal candidate will have experience validating enterprise-scale Salesforce applications, testing high-volume transactions, and ensuring application performance, scalability, and reliability within a Hospitality environment., * Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.

Execute functional, regression, API, integration, and end-to-end testing for Salesforce applications.
Perform load, stress, scalability, and performance testing to ensure system reliability.
Validate large-scale data migration and data reconciliation across Salesforce environments.
Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and DevOps teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
Identify defects, analyze root causes, and support production validation.
Participate in test planning, sprint activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

10+ years of QA Automation experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript).
Experience in Performance Testing using JMeter, LoadRunner, BlazeMeter, or NeoLoad.
Strong experience testing Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
Experience validating large-volume data migrations and data integrity.
Strong API testing experience using Postman or REST APIs.
Experience with SQL for backend data validation.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Skills
Hospitality domain experience (Reservations, Property Management, Loyalty, Guest Experience).
Experience testing high-volume enterprise applications.
Knowledge of Salesforce integrations, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
