Job description

Are you a skilled engineer ready to take ownership of high-impact platform features? Epos Now is expanding its Engineering department in Norwich! We are looking for two driven Software Engineers to join us as part of an exciting incremental growth initiative, * Platform Delivery: Take ownership of building, scaling, and ensuring the seamless deployment of our Customer Success platform

  • System Health: Collaborate with the team to design robust code footprints, optimize system performance, and maintain underlying platform intelligence structures
  • Cross-Functional Impact: Work closely with technical leads, managers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable product features, We offer an environment with real technical autonomy, where your contributions directly shape the products we build. You will work alongside a talented engineering squad, utilizing modern cloud-native architectures to deliver solutions at a global scale

Requirements

  • Proven commercial experience working as a Software Engineer, ideally with strong foundations in object-oriented programming, databases, and microservice architectures.
  • Experience delivering complex web systems, data pipelines, or internal platforms from development through to production.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for modern engineering best practices.
  • Proximity or willingness to work out of our Norwich Head Office (Unit 7)
