Helpdesk Coordinator

As a Helpdesk Administrator, you will be the operational “hub” of the contract, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of facility service requests. You will ensure that buildings remain safe and operational by coordinating engineers and contractors., * Service Coordination: Log planned and reactive maintenance requests (P1 - P4 fixes) via phone and email.

• Quoted Works Admin: Manage a high volume of quoted works, ensuring accuracy in pricing and process adherence.
• SLA Management: Monitor work orders to ensure strict compliance with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Dispatch & Scheduling: Efficiently allocate jobs to the correct engineers and specialist contractors.
• Supplier Liaison: Proactively chase outstanding works and challenge contractors on response times to ensure high service standards.
• CAFM System Management: Daily updates within the Concept system to maintain operational transparency and support the “order-to-cash” process.

Do you have experience in Microsoft Excel?, * Experience: Previous experience in a busy Helpdesk, Call Centre, or Customer Service environment is highly desirable.

• IT Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Data entry, filtering, and reporting) is essential.
• Systems: Familiarity with CAFM systems (specifically Concept) is a major advantage.
• Communication: A professional and reassuring telephone manner with the ability to “think on your feet.”
• Organization: A tenacious personality with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
