Job description

Seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer to provide technical leadership while designing and delivering modern, scalable software solutions. This role combines hands-on development, architecture, mentoring, and delivery leadership with a strong focus on AI-assisted software development and modern engineering practices., * Lead system architecture and technical design for scalable, secure applications.

  • Partner with Product Owners to break down features and drive delivery.
  • Champion clean code, automated testing, CI/CD, and DevSecOps practices.
  • Leverage AI development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Code, etc.) to improve productivity and code quality.
  • Own Azure DevOps release pipelines and deployments.
  • Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
  • Strong experience with C#/.NET, React, SQL Server/Azure SQL, and the Azure ecosystem.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and modern AI-enabled engineering workflows.
  • Strong software architecture, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
