Job description

We are seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and cloud-based services. This role partners with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions while following modern development practices. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem solver with strong Java, React, and AWS experience and a passion for building reliable, maintainable applications., * Design, develop, and maintain Java, React, and AWS applications

Build clean, scalable, and maintainable code
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver technical solutions
Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization
Contribute to Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives
Document technical designs and support best practices throughout the development lifecycle

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
3-5 years of professional software development experience
Strong experience with:
Java and Spring Boot
React or React Native
AWS cloud services
Git
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Knowledge of automated testing and software development best practices
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, * Experience with AWS-native development
Experience using AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude Code, etc.)
Experience in a regulated or enterprise software environment
