  • Contribute to container-based deployment strategies, ensuring applications are buildable, portable, and deployment-ready.
  • Continuously improve reliability, scalability, and security of delivery pipelines and release processes.
  • Participate in security reviews, audits, and risk assessments; implement improvements to strengthen security posture.
  • Evaluate and adopt technologies that enhance delivery speed, resilience, and maintainability.
  • Track operational work and support activities through established systems.
  • Support the VP Product Delivery and Product Team on projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC with a focus on automation, release quality, and continuous improvement.
  • 3+ years in DevOps, SRE, or related role supporting production systems or 5+ years in Software Engineering.
  • Strong scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, and Python).
  • Experience working and collaborating in environments with shared ownership across Engineering and IT.
  • Excellent problem solving and empirical skills.
  • Clear communication and documentation abilities.
  • Self-directed, collaborative, and able to prioritize effectively in a product-driven environment.

Required Experience

  • Strong experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), including Pipelines, Repos, and Artifacts in production environments.
  • Experience building and maintaining automation using Bash and PowerShell.
  • Experience building and deploying modern applications (.NET and JavaScript frameworks like Angular/React/Vue).
  • Working knowledge of containerization (Docker), including building, packaging, and deploying containerized applications.
  • Familiarity with container orchestration concepts (e.g., Kubernetes / EKS) and how applications integrate with these platforms.
  • Experience supporting Windows and Linux-based application hosting environments.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, CodeDeploy, ECR) is highly desirable.
