Systems & Infrastructure Specialist

You’ll provide advanced technical support while assisting with the administration and maintenance of our technology infrastructure, including:

• Support desktops, laptops, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, printers, and business applications
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
• Assist with Windows servers, Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, wireless networks, backup systems, and cloud technologies
• Participate in technology upgrades, equipment deployments, office expansions, and infrastructure projects
• Support cybersecurity initiatives, endpoint protection, patch management, and system security
• Assist with technology documentation, disaster recovery activities, HITRUST compliance, HIPAA security requirements, and client security audits
• Work collaboratively with employees throughout the organization to provide exceptional technical support, At Consolidated Solutions, technology is a critical part of everything we do. Physical Requirements

This position requires occasional lifting of computer equipment (up to 50 pounds), movement throughout Company facilities, and occasional after-hours support as business needs require.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

We’re looking for someone with:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field-or equivalent experience
• Three or more years of experience supporting and configuring information technology infrastructure
• Experience with Windows workstations, Windows Server configuration and administration, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and mobile device support
• Experience supporting AWS cloud infrastructure and services
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including configuring and troubleshooting firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs, and TCP/IP networks
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, endpoint management, and Windows operating systems
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server database administration, maintenance, backup, recovery, and troubleshooting
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• A commitment to information security, continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional support, * Bachelor’s (Preferred), * supporting/configuring information technology infrastructure: 3 years (Preferred)
