Job description

Participate in client discovery and solution design meetings
Provide technical expertise for Zscaler implementation strategy and best practices
Lead or support deployment of Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and/or Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)
Assist with architecture reviews, planning, configuration, testing, and production rollout
Collaborate with client stakeholders, security teams, and vendor resources
Identify implementation risks and recommend mitigation strategies
Develop implementation documentation and knowledge transfer materials
Support project delivery from planning through production deployment

Requirements

Hands-on experience implementing Zscaler security solutions in enterprise environments
Experience with one or more of:
Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA)
Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)
Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX)
Strong understanding of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) architecture
Experience with secure web gateways, cloud security, and network security
Knowledge of identity providers such as Azure AD (Entra ID), Okta, or Ping Identity
Experience integrating Zscaler with enterprise networking and security infrastructure
Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders
Previous consulting or professional services experience is highly preferred

Nice to Have

Experience working with financial institutions, banks, or credit unions
Zscaler certifications
Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, VPN replacement initiatives, or SD-WAN
Experience collaborating directly with Zscaler Professional Services
