Job description

Due to growth, an expanding business services company in Cardiff are recruiting for a Data Administrator. This is a newly created role to support various teams with database management, streamlining processes and assisting with financial duties., * Maintain, review and update the company CRM and account management system, ensuring accuracy across all projects.

  • Enter new client, project, and property information accurately into the system.
  • Support colleagues by managing job pipelines, project stages, and client communications.
  • Ensure precise and efficient invoicing data entry to support the Financial Controller
  • Produce concise reports project status, enquiries, and team performance.
  • Handle user access, system settings and basic troubleshooting for CRM users.
  • Ensure all documents are stored correctly and consistently.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and support the wider team with process updates.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, This role would suit someone who has strong software skills and learns new systems quickly. Applicants will also have excellent communication skills to be able to impart their knowledge to colleagues., * Proven experience of working with a large CRM system/database.

  • Excellent all-round tech and Microsoft Excel ability.
  • Meticulous attention to detail at all times and a proactive approach to maintaining data quality.
  • Confidence supporting technical and non-technical users.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise across multiple projects.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
