Senior Salesforce Developer

• Analyze requirements and develop technical solutions aligning with Salesforce best practices.
• Based on user requirements analysis, provide solution to customers that meets and exceeds expectations.
• Define optimal design and architecture for client-provided requirements, specifically incorporating modern AI and headless architectures.
• Deliver customer requirements within agreed timelines and adhere to agreed SLAs.
• Prepare functional designs, system configurations, perform relevant testing, and lead the deployment of the designed business solution.

• Candidates must be from CEST/EST Timezone, experience in Salesforce AI, Agentforce, and Headless API architectures to be considered for this role.

1. Core Platform & Advanced Tech (Mandatory) AI & Agentforce: Hands-on experience building, configuring, and deploying Salesforce AI solutions and autonomous agents using Agentforce. Headless API Architecture: Proven experience working with Salesforce Headless APIs supporting composable architectures and custom frontends. Platform Development: Deep hands-on experience in APEX Coding, Integrations, Customizations, Lightning UI Aura Development, and LWC Development.

2. Multi-cloud Architecture Hands-on experience into sales, service, experience cloud.

Certifications

• Minimum of 5 SFDC Certifications (Development/Architecture certifications preferred).
• Salesforce AI Associate or AI Specialist certifications are highly advantageous., * Salesforce: 7 years (Required)
