W2 only--Salesforce Developer with PDII --Agentforce & AI Solutions

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Agentforce, Salesforce AI capabilities, Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and enterprise CRM integrations. The ideal candidate will design, build, and optimize AI-powered Salesforce solutions that improve customer engagement, automate workflows, and enhance business productivity.

The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, architects, admins, and AI teams to implement scalable Salesforce applications using modern Salesforce technologies including Agentforce, Einstein AI, Flow Automation, and Data Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL, SOSL, and Flow.

Build and configure AI-powered agents using Agentforce.

Integrate Salesforce AI capabilities such as:

Einstein GPT

Prompt Builder

Copilot/Agent actions

Predictive AI models

AI-generated workflows

Develop conversational AI and automation solutions for customer support, sales, and service operations.

Customize and maintain Salesforce Clouds

Sales Cloud

Service Cloud

Experience Cloud

Marketing Cloud (preferred)

Create secure integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, MuleSoft, or middleware platforms.

Build reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC) and dynamic UI experiences.

Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for Salesforce deployments., Hands-on knowledge of:

Experience Cloud

Data Cloud

AI & Agentforce Skills

Experience building AI agents using Agentforce.

Prompt Engineering

Generative AI concepts

AI model integration

Integration & DevOps

REST/SOAP API integration experience.

Git/version control knowledge.

CI/CD tools such as:

Jenkins

Azure DevOps

Salesforce DX experience preferred., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• 1+ years of Agentforce / Salesforce AI experience preferred.
• Salesforce certifications preferred:
• Platform Developer I/II
• AI Associate
• Administrator
• Agentforce Specialist (preferred)

Pay: $68.00 - $70.00 per hour
