Restaurant Launch & Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a Launch Specialist to onboard restaurant partners onto digital ordering and SaaS platforms. This is a hands-on, merchant-facing role involving regular travel to restaurant locations for implementation, training, troubleshooting, and launch support.

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant onboarding from planning through launch.
• Travel to merchant sites for software setup, configuration, training, and go-live support.
• Train restaurant managers and staff on digital ordering and SaaS tools.
• Create training materials and adoption resources.
• Troubleshoot technical, operational, and workflow issues.
• Improve restaurant workflows to increase adoption and revenue.
• Track launch milestones, risks, readiness, and follow-up actions.
• Partner with sales, account management, operations, product, and analytics teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve the onboarding and merchant experience.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in restaurant/bar management, hospitality, restaurant technology, merchant onboarding, customer support, or field implementation.
• Experience working directly with restaurant managers and employees.
• Experience implementing or supporting POS systems, digital ordering platforms, restaurant SaaS, or similar technology.
• Strong training, customer service, communication, troubleshooting, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple launches with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently in fast-paced restaurant environments.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region and across the country.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred

• Experience with Toast, Square, Clover, Olo, NCR, Oracle MICROS, or similar platforms.
• Experience with white-label ordering, online ordering, delivery, or restaurant marketplace platforms.
• Spanish fluency is a plus.

Pay: $40.00 - $48.00 per hour
