Job description

We are looking for an Operations System Analyst to join our team! This individual will preform integration and testing on Navy EW systems. They will also develop and implement procedures for product testing, review and evaluate test results, and recommend production or design changes to ensure quality and performance standards. Travel: Negligible Clearance:

An ACTIVE Interim Secret Clearance is required for this position. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. US Citizenship is required to obtain a clearance., This individual will be responsible for Electronic Warfare system software testing of government owned systems that interface with multiple subsystems, EW systems, as well as AEGIS and SSDS combat systems. Candidates will be responsible for the development, integration, and execution of test cases and test procedures for the prescribed systems and provide SME support in this role from a testing facet.

Requirements

  • Eight (8) years’ experience or equivalent in threat system analysis and/or operation of U.S. Navy Electronic Warfare systems., * Experience with Linux
  • Familiarity with threat systems, red adversary tactics and kill chains, blue force OPLANS, Fleet operations, specializing in Electronic Warfare and Information Operations
  • Experience organizing, leading, and hosting large meetings, workshops, or conferences
  • Demonstrated work experience with Electronic Maneuver Warfare Systems and operations, Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations, and generation of Electronic Warfare Gaps and Capabilities
  • Knowledge of systems development and/or testing and creating/reviewing technical documentation, CONOPS, CONEMP, TTPs, SOPs, Developmental and Operational T&E
  • Agile methodology

Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Compensation

Compensation at SimVentions is determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, education, training, security clearance, work location, skills, knowledge, and competencies, as well as alignment with our corporate compensation plan and contract specific requirements.

The projected annual compensation range for this position is $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 (USD). This estimate reflects the standard salary range for this position and is just one component of the total compensation package that SimVentions offers. Benefits:
