Job description

Looking to Start a Career in Technology? Love Restaurants? This Could Be the Opportunity You’ve Been Looking For.

Have you worked in restaurants and found yourself to be the person everyone called when the POS system stopped working?

Did you recently complete school in Information Technology, Computer Support, or Networking and want a career where you’ll gain real-world, hands-on experience?

If you’re dependable, enjoy solving problems, and love helping people, we’d love to meet you.

Restaurant managers, assistant managers, shift leaders, servers, bartenders, hospitality professionals, and recent IT or networking graduates are encouraged to apply.

For over 30 years, Cervion Systems has been a trusted Restaurant Technology Solutions Provider serving restaurants from our offices in Phoenix, AZ, Orangeburg, NY, Wayne, PA, and Plantation, FL.

We help restaurants succeed by providing:

At Cervion, we pride ourselves on four things:

This position combines both Help Desk Support and Field Service. You’ll assist customers over the phone, remotely access their systems, and travel throughout the Phoenix area to install equipment, troubleshoot issues, and train restaurant staff.

No two days are exactly alike, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working directly with customers.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Provide friendly, professional phone-based technical support
  • Troubleshoot Restaurant POS software and hardware
