ERP Senior Peoplesoft Security administrator

Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot PeopleSoft security definitions. Develop and maintain security matrix solutions across HCM modules. Implement and document Fluid Security and complex Time & Labor / Absence Management security. Analyze security requirements and build solutions aligned with business needs. Troubleshoot security incidents and provide root-cause analysis. Migrate and track security objects across development, test, and production environments. Collaborate with HRMS Functional Analysts, DBAs, and System Administrators. Provide Helpdesk support and mentor junior team members.

• Prepare security documentation, test scripts, and status reports.

10+ years implementing and supporting PeopleSoft HCM security. PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 and 9.2 experience. 5+ years hands-on experience with User Profiles, Roles, Permission Lists, Row-Level Security, Dynamic Security, Structure & Content, Application Security, Project Security, Department Tree Security, PeopleTools Security, Process Group Security, Query Security, and User Preferences. Experience configuring and maintaining complex Time & Labor and Absence Management security. Experience maintaining security for HR, Payroll, and Benefits modules. Experience implementing and maintaining PeopleSoft 9.2 Fluid Security. Strong knowledge of PHIRE version control and JIRA. Experience migrating PeopleSoft projects and security objects across multiple environments. Strong knowledge of Oracle 19c or later. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
