Job description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior PeopleSoft Security Administrator to support a large enterprise PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM/HRMS) environment. The consultant will be responsible for the analysis, configuration, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, migration, and documentation of PeopleSoft security across multiple HCM modules.
This role requires deep hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 and 9.2, including security administration for HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Self-Service, and Fluid Security. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in configuring and maintaining user profiles, roles, permission lists, row-level security, dynamic security, query security, process groups, and PeopleTools security.
The selected consultant will work closely with functional analysts, technical teams, DBAs, system administrators, project managers, and business users to resolve security issues, support application enhancements, document security solutions, and provide ongoing production support.

- Configure and maintain complex security for:

- Payroll
- Benefits Administration
- Troubleshoot and resolve PeopleSoft application security issues.
- Support and maintain application user IDs, roles, privileges, and security access controls.
- Document security requirements and build solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain security matrix documentation.
- Migrate PeopleSoft projects and security objects across multiple environments.
- Support change management and follow established change control procedures.
- Work closely with technical teams, functional analysts, DBAs, and system administrators.
- Assist with root cause analysis and defect resolution.
- Create and maintain test scripts and testing documentation.
- Provide Help Desk and production support for HR applications.
- Mentor junior team members and provide knowledge transfer.
- Provide regular status updates and technical documentation.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical writing within technology?, * 10+ years of experience implementing and supporting PeopleSoft HCM / HRMS.
- Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 and 9.2.
- Strong PeopleSoft Security Administration experience.

- Experience mentoring junior PeopleSoft team members.
