Job description
AV is looking for a highly talented Senior Systems (Integration) Analyst to join our team! In this role you will support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Chief Engineer (MDA/CE) in the effort of integrating, and coordinating, complex engineering efforts involving both internal and external systems.
- Assist to facilitate integration between internal and external systems
- Contribute to an Engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT)
- Coordinate with technical POCs to facilitate cross-team communication
- Develop tools and processes to capture relevant metrics
- Evaluate working group technical outputs to determine progress or status
- Evaluate how decisions might impact schedule, dependencies, and integrated testing
Requirements
- Master of Science or Master of Arts degree and 12+ years of experience. OR a BA/BS degree from an accredited institution of higher learning and 20+ years of experience in lieu of the MA/MS degree requirement.
- Active Secret clearance
- Extensive MDA (or DoW) Experience
- Extensive experience supporting IPTs and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs)
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Experience with systems integration
Desired:
- Adept with some Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools (Cameo, DOORs, etc.)
- Experience briefing and interacting with senior leaders
- Experience developing digital tools or dashboards
