Job description

We are seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead a Federal Application Development and Support Services (ADSS) program. The successful candidate will oversee application development, modernization, cloud migration, operations & maintenance, Agile project delivery, and contract performance while serving as the primary point of contact with Government stakeholders. Responsibilities

Lead overall program planning, execution, and contract performance.
Manage project schedules, budgets, staffing, and deliverables.
Coordinate Agile software development teams.
Oversee application modernization, cloud migration, and system integration.
Prepare status reports, executive briefings, risk registers, and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with federal security and accessibility requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
10+ years managing Federal IT programs or application development projects.
5+ years supporting Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud, or enterprise applications.
Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban), DevSecOps, SDLC, and cloud modernization.
Knowledge of FISMA, NIST SP 800-53, ATO, and Section 508.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
PMP certification preferred.
