Job description
- Immediate immersion in high-priority digital transformation efforts
- Opportunity to formalize project management processes and lead institutional change
- Exposure to cross-functional stakeholders and business-critical systems

- Build and institutionalize PMO standards, reporting, and workflow for IT and beyond
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders on projects, * Stand up and structure a project management office (PMO) within IT

- Lead project execution, monitoring, reporting, and ensure initiatives deliver on time and on budget
- Train and acclimate team members to new project management processes and tools
- Collaborate with vendor partners and internal departments to align project outcomes to goals
Requirements
- Five years of progressive IT project management experience
- Strong command of Teamwork, Smartsheet, Asana, or comparable project management platforms
- Ability to establish PMO functions and project disciplines in evolving organizations
