IT Support Specialist

UTC Aerospace Systems is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite technical support for end users. This role involves troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues, assisting users with installations, printers, email, operating systems, and general desktop support., * Provide desktop and technical support to end users

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Install and configure software applications
• Resolve printer-related issues
• Support Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
• Troubleshoot email and operating system problems
• Provide support in person, over the phone, and remotely
• Document issues and resolutions

• U.S. Citizen (Required)
• Experience providing desktop or IT support
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Experience supporting Windows operating systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and email applications
• Ability to work onsite in Charlotte, NC
