Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
• Manage user accounts and permissions
• Set up and troubleshoot VPN connections
• Monitor firewall security settings
• Assist in maintaining network infrastructure
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues

• Strong knowledge of help desk procedures and best practices
• Experience with network administration tasks
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems
